Terms of service

Crewhouse is a trading name of ENTERJET LIMITED, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 15042466) with its registered office at Harben House, Harben Parade, Finchley Road, London, United Kingdom, NW3 6LH ("EnterJet", "we", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crewhouse (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

The Platform is a passive technology service that enables aviation crew and operators to discover and contact each other.

The Platform:

  • provides user profiles and listings
  • enables users to initiate contact via external communication (e.g. email)
  • allows operators to publish opportunities ("RFQs")

The Platform does not:

  • employ, engage, or contract with crew
  • act as a recruitment agency, broker, or intermediary
  • act as agent for any user
  • verify qualifications, licences, experience, identity, or background
  • participate in, control, or monitor communications or agreements between users

All engagements occur entirely outside the Platform.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Crew

Crew users must:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • ensure they hold all required licences, certifications, and legal permissions
  • ensure compliance with all applicable aviation and employment laws

3.2 Operators

Operators must:

  • independently verify all crew credentials and suitability
  • conduct all due diligence required for safe and lawful operations
  • ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. No Verification or Endorsement

All information on the Platform is self-declared.

EnterJet:

  • does not verify any user information
  • does not endorse any user
  • does not guarantee performance, availability, or suitability

Any reliance on Platform information is at the user's sole risk.

5. No Agency / No Employment Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates:

  • an employment relationship
  • an agency relationship
  • a partnership or joint venture

Users act solely on their own behalf.

6. Communications

The Platform facilitates initial contact only. All communications occur externally.

EnterJet:

  • is not responsible for communications between users
  • does not store, monitor, or control communications

7. Subscription and Fees

  • Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis
  • Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law
  • EnterJet may change pricing with reasonable notice

8. Platform Rights

EnterJet may, at its sole discretion and without liability:

  • suspend or terminate accounts
  • remove or edit content
  • restrict access to the Platform

9. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • provide false or misleading information
  • use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • interfere with the Platform or its operation

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • EnterJet excludes all implied warranties
  • EnterJet is not liable for any:
    • loss of profit
    • loss of business
    • loss of data
    • indirect or consequential loss

EnterJet's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • fraud
  • death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • any liability that cannot be excluded by law

11. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify EnterJet against any claims arising from:

  • their use of the Platform
  • their breach of these Terms
  • any agreements or interactions with other users

12. Data Protection

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
